Our approach
Dressmaker Games Wiki exists to answer one question well: how do you make better dresses? Every guide starts with time spent in the game itself — sketching, arranging patterns, feeding fabric through the sewing machine and listening to what customers actually ask for. When advice depends on game mechanics that a patch could change, we date the guide and update it.
The game launched on Steam for PC and Mac on September 21, 2026, and it is still young. Expect guides to grow as the community discovers more: check the update date at the top of each article.
Editorial standard
We separate confirmed facts from judgment. Where a tip depends on playstyle — selling off the rack versus taking commissions, for example — we describe the trade-off instead of pretending one answer fits everyone. Corrections are welcome and credited.
